Experienced Hvac Service Technician

EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED

Langley Heating and Air is a small, family owned company that serves Wake Forest and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing seasonal maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnostics/repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.

· Previous experience in Residential HVAC. At least one year Hvac service/ maintenance experience.

· Proficient in the repair and maintenance of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini split, and duct systems.

· Team-oriented and hard-working

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment

· Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 80 lbs.and climb ladders)

· Must be able to provide your own minor hand tools- company supplies large tools

· Clean Driving record, valid NC Drivers License.

· Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Education:

· GED or High School Diploma

· EPA Certificate
