If you are not serious about providing clean, inspected units for our guests to check into, no need to apply. We are serious about our guests and our company standards. Most importantly, you must CARE!!
Experience with vacation rental inspecting is required. As the last eyes on the unit, an inspector provides the guest with an unforgettable experience by ensuring the standards are met and the property is impeccably clean. You must also be able to lift items up to and including 50 lbs., and have no physical limitations preventing you to do so, as adjusting furniture, moving linen carts and overall physical stamina is required.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Weekends are required.
