You must have Softpro experience and at least 2 years of Escrow Assistant experience to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests, vendors and colleagues in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
Answers the main operation line promptly, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintains company policies and security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Assists the escrow department with real estate transactions by gathering and preparing documents
Processes client receipts and funds for escrow closings
Responsible for accepting vendor and courier deliveries, and distributing mail to the correct department.
Maintaining and managing office supply
Coordination of room scheduling for clients and departments
Prioritizes and plans work tasks accordingly to urgency
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results to the Escrow, Title and Sales Departments as needed.
Ability to multi task and handle a fast paced industry
