Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Digital Transformation Quality ReleaseTrain Engineer (RTE) and Quality Manufacturing Operations Management (Q-MOM) to join Quality Architecture & Solution Integration Team based in Everett, WA.
This role will have great learning opportunity performing Digital Transformation (DTx) Quality Release Train Engineer (RTE) activities using Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) methods; working within the Quality Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) team to develop future state Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities; and performing the Quality Integrated Product Management Team (QIPT) administrative statement of work.
Position Responsibilities:
Release Train Engineer (RTE) Duties:

  • Perform Digital Transformation (DTx) Quality Release Train Engineer (RTE) statement of work using Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) best practices.
  • Plan and prepare the team for Program Increment and Solution workshops, communicate changes, expectations and deliverables.
  • Stay aligned with the program (large solution sync) for changes in priority, management of work, etc.
  • Address Azure Dev Ops (ADO) structure changes to support program initiatives and priorities.
  • Schedule, prepare and facilitate multiple meetings.
  • Participate in program RIOs meeting to communicate Quality IPT risks, issues and opportunities.
  • Work cross functional to coordinate meetings with other IPTs/ARTs to understand upcoming commitments/ statement of work.
  • Coordinate with program training needed and communicate with Quality IPT.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching related to Quality IPT operating rhythm and SAFe training.
  • Liaison between Quality IPT and new airplane Product Development, external teams such as finance, and DTx program.

Quality Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Duties:
  • Develop future state Manufacturing Execution System (MES) including process research, completion of user stories, application screen mockups, and working with factory floor to identify improvements.

Administrative Duties:
  • Manage Organizational chart.
  • Manage Distribution Lists and permissions for ADO, Quality Integrated Product Management Team (QIPT) server folders and SharePoint.
  • General admin support including desk assignments, mail stop, general assistance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience using agile methodology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Certifications (Fundamentals, Architect, DevOps etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Some experience developing presentations for leadership.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $86,700 - $117,300
