The firm is seeking a motivated defense attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to directly handle employment, labor, and business litigation matters. An ideal candidate is someone who has their own book of business or practice who would like to join a small firm. Pay is dependent upon experience, book of business, and billable hours desired - $125k - $200k. Multiple opportunities for bonuses are available relating to exceeding billing goals, performance and business/client development. We also offer health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, AD&D. Realistic and obtainable partnership opportunities are also available for those interesting in pursuing that path.
Applicant must be in good standing with the California State Bar Association and possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to attract and generate business is a strong plus.
