Position Title: Contract Administrator
Department: Sales Support
I. POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating and maintaining contracts for Group Purchase Organizations, (GPOs) and international business partners.
II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
A. REPORTS TO: Director Sales Support
III. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules
• Maintain detailed and organized files
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
• Track payment and due dates
• Maintain contract compliance with company policy, Government law and regulation, consistent with industry best practices• Strong knowledge of GSA and GPO contracts.
• Maintains contact with sponsors to facilitate follow through of proposals and awards.• Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures relating to confidential propriety information (CPI) including but not limited to what is outlined in the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.

B. EXTERNAL: Contact with customers.
V. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, business or related area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales support, customer service or marketing or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Inter-department networking, preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize to manage many tasks at one time.
• Flexibility, adaptability and personality to be able to maintain professionalism under deadlines.
• Ability to learn the benefits and features of our complete product line to identify their product components is required.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $63,000; based on experience
VI. WORKING CONDITIONS OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Will be required to regularly sit for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear and see. The environment is fast-paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate. The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open office setting.
• 75% telecommunications.
This is a hybrid position but requires in-office to meet business demands. Must be able to be in office as needed.
