Job Description:
· Review customers complaint to determine details of equipment problems
· Disassemble machines to examine parts for wear or defects, using hand or power tools and measuring devices
· Conduct diagnosis of problems according to a customer complaint
· Communicate with or performs rework to ensure successful and efficient repair of units
· Repair laptop or desktop units according to requirements, using hand or power tools and measuring devices
· Reassemble machines after making repairs or replacing parts
· Analyze equipment performance assess equipment functioning
· Clean or adjust mechanical parts to maintain machines' operating efficiency and to prevent breakdowns or repeat return for repair
· Install and configure new equipment, including operating software or peripheral equipment as required
· Read and research specifications, such as blueprints, charts, or schematics, to determine machine settings or adjustments
· Maintain repair parts inventories and places order for any additional parts needed for repairs
· Runs necessary tests
· Perform quality check procedure
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
Requirement:
· 2 - 5 years experience with Computer Repair
· 2 - 5 years Microsoft experience
· Experience with Lenovo, Dell, HP, desktop, Chromebook, PC, tablets
· Wiling to work under warehouse environment
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience using hand power tools required
· Must be able to speak, read and write English
· Work with close supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
