POSIBL is recruiting for an Brand Ambassador to support our 3 rockstar brands - Paradiso, Humo and Dovetail! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a strong collaborator and embraces the cannabis industry and its culture.
SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is our brand champion, supporting the growing demand by ensuring budtenders and consumers are educated about our products while having a great time. The candidate will support and work alongside the sales & marketing teams growing and maintaining a loyal customer base. We highly desire a candidate who is bilingual and fluent in English & Spanish.
DUTIES
- Supports the sales (internal and external), marketing departments in the field with dispensary promotions and other marketing events.
- Convey each brand’s mission at store events with knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain exceptional rapport and relationships with clients, dispensary partners and consumers.
- Execute in-store merchandising initiatives to brand standards.
- Track performance of demos sales, track inventory / out of stocks, and collect customer and dispensary feedback.
- Conduct dispensary staff training.
- Assist in event activations and promotions.
- General knowledge of and ability to support social media.
- Support and execute brand-specific field marketing campaigns to garner brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
- Implement, monitor, and execute on budtender incentive programs designed to help build retailer loyalty and increase sell through velocity.
- May generate leads for Territory Managers identifying event opportunities and generating interest.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two years of Brand Ambassador or customer service experience in the cannabis industry is highly desired.
- Must be proactive in reaching potential customers with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with co-workers and store personnel.
- Fluency in English & Spanish is highly desired.
- Must be at least 21 years of age per state regulations, have reliable transportation, successfully pass a background check; and have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to travel to meet with customers with potential overnight stays, paid for by the Company. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Smartphone is required.
- Extensive knowledge of social media.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products is highly desired.
- Must be enthusiastic, positive outlook, energetic and outgoing.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.
- Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple projects independently with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- This position may require kneeling, bending, squatting. Must be able to reach, stoop, and lift boxes or items typically weighing 35 pounds or less. Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Initiative and ability to take direction and multi-task.
- Must be ambitious and enthusiastic with strong persuasive skills.
- This position may require kneeling, bending, squatting. Will need to be able to reach, stoop, lift and carry boxes or items typically weighing 35 pounds or less with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to stand and/or walk at least 6 hours daily.

- Hourly rate: $22 - $25 (dependent on experience)
