Experienced Bartenders for Busy, Pool-Side Resort Restaurant

The beautiful Calypso Cay Resort has an immediate opening for experienced Bartenders. We are seeking talented, service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing total guest satisfaction and who show a passion for the hospitality industry. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and looking to growth with us.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Greets guests in a courteous and respectable way
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests
• Reports to work in the clean and proper uniform

Bartender Qualifications:

• Prior bar experience is preferred
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
• Great attitude and personality
• Ability to put the guests' needs before your own
• Able to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and engaging
• Upbeat and optimistic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
