Rivian automotive is in the process of building dozens of service centers and factories all over the country as it plans to manufacture tens of thousands of all electric vehicles! CDM Technology is supporting one of the top 2 Electric Vehicle companies and is looking to hire immediately 3 Level 2 Auto Technician’s in the vehicle industry or a recent graduate of a vehicle trade school. This position is in Nashville, TN (onsite). They offer industry leading compensation and do an exceptional job rewarding those who ramp up quickly. Service technicians, vehicle repair technicians and Oil lube technicians with limited experience would be an ideal fit.

They're only interested in professionals looking to take advantage of their training program as well as the amount of growth potential.

This will be a 4:00PM - 12:00AM Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles, using a documented process, checklist, and guidelines
- Document results (pass/fail) of pre-delivery inspections and communicate results to team members/supervisor
- Follow repair procedures with efficiency without compromising quality and safety
- Perform or assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles
- Assist and support vehicle repairs
- Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repair
- Perform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory, if applicable
- Stay up to date with technical skills and required training

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience with HIGH VOLTAGE electronic system maintenance
- 3 years of experience working as an auto tech or mechanic
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; no significant driving offenses/violations
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools - required
- Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours.
- Experience using a work order management system, including repair documentation preferred
- Exhibits patience and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail
- Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)
