Location: East Greenbush, NY (Managing 2 apartment communities)
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of the direct management oversight of two apartment communities in East Greenbush. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of property management, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, office operations, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the assigned properties, overseeing both maintenance and office functions.
- Inspect and coordinate maintenance activities to meet established work order standards and facilitate unit turnovers.
- Foster and maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants.
- Handle all aspects of leasing, from advertising to lease execution.
- Collect delinquent accounts and manage financial aspects of the properties.
- Ensure the overall maintenance of the properties, including common spaces and tenant areas.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations related to property management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, relevant databases, and property management software.
- Strong background in leasing, sales, and/or customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $26.00 per hour
