The applicant will have experience administering these services and will share our values. Candidates must be self-motivated, and have a strong passion for the aesthetic/cosmetic industry, a book of clients. Must have the desire to succeed and add value to our spa.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who can work cross-functionally with all other team members. We are seeking an individual with an energetic "make it happen" can do attitude, someone who encourages others to be their best and explore their growth. Someone who can stretch themselves and be flexible with changing priorities and stays focused during times of uncertainty and change. The position requires intuitive interpersonal skills and a positive mindset, which requires you to join forces with others providers in the practice while building and maintaining trust.
Duties:
- Review & clear client history for possible contraindications
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care and provide
- answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions
- Perform non-surgical procedures such as Thread lifts, PRP, microneedling, Body Contouring– (not required)
- Administer neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.
- Administer injectable dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Kybella, etc.
- Provide consultations and inform patients about treatments, risks and benefits
- Fill out patient charts in detail, making personalized notes and recording pertinent information
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, providing quality service and following protocols at all times
- Report any adverse reactions to medical director and follow strict safety protocols
- Chart all treatments and correspondence with patients, as well as additional notes as necessary
- Outstanding follow-up performance and ability to articulate
- technical and medical information
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- RN, Licensed in Minnesota
- Passion for Aesthetics’s
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Surgical, Cosmetic, and Dermatology; setting required.
- PRP & Thread Lift Experience is a PLUS
- Professional and polished in appearance and demeanor
- Able to maintain poise, and a positive attitude at all times
- Must be dependable, flexible, reliable, motivated and punctual
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent patient care and time management & organizational skills
- EMR Proficient
