The Job

• Assume overall accountability for ensuring the design, coordination, execution and management of Global Clinical business.
• Provide the leadership and strategic direction to support the continued growth of QPS clinical into a full service CRO.
• Ensure departmental staffing, and training and development of staff meets company objectives and requirements.
• Serve as active member of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning and company-wide management decisions.
• Participate in the integration of existing and newly acquired QPS departments and businesses.
• Present QPS Clinical Business Service updates to the Company and Board of Directors when requested.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, sustaining high energy level during long hours.

Work Location

Requirements

• B.S. degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
• M.S., PhD, or MBA in same disciplines preferred
• Minimum of 15 years in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech sales or operations
