Overview:
As the General Manager of the Ideal Living Enterprise (ILE), you will be responsible for running day to day operations and driving the overall strategy, growth, and success of our ILE B2B business.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy aligned with the overall company goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative business models.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing B2B team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services.
- Build and maintain the sales and account management teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the B2B budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Analyze financial performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions that contribute to the division's success.
- Product Development and Innovation:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the B2B product offering is competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the B2B strategy.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
