SAIC is seeking an Executive Support Specialistto provide administrative support to the customer’s System Program Office leadership office referred to as the “Front Office”. This position will handle oral, written, and electronic communication into and out of the Front Office. The role will also manage leadership’s schedules and communicates calendar status and changes as they occur.
Job Duties include:
- Performing general administrative duties associated with daily operations of the program office
- Supports the administrative requirements for the program office’s divisions to include preparing for and assisting in staff meetings
- Making business travel arrangements for senior program office leadership
- Scheduling meetings and deconflicting meetings, activities, and other calendar items
- Maintaining senior program office leadership calendars
- Promotes communication within the program office and externally to the Enterprise
- Managing the Front Office virtual and hard copy (if needed) documentation library
- Provide Front Other duties as specified by the customer
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required
- Working understanding of a Program Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Exemplary writing and editing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with personnel from multiple functions and at all levels of the customer organization to deliver results; strong networking, interpersonal, customer service skills, team building and problem-solving skills with an ability to be effective in a government/contractor team environment
- Excellent Organizational skills; ability to plan, track and maintain due dates for multiple taskers and products central to SPO business processes
