Hiring: Executive Chef & Sous Chef, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: Up to $60k - $78k + Bonus

Responsibilities

Ensure menu items are executed with excellence
Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability
Promote teamwork and superior guest experience

Skills

Passion for culinary excellence
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Sound decision making and efficient problem solving
High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork
Time management and deadline oriented
Ability to multitask

Requirements

3+ years experience Executive Chef or Sous Chef in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant or High-End Resort
Education: High school diploma or higher
Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
