Description
As the Executive Producer will oversee and lead the Physical Production team at Moore Media, ensuring top-notch quality in every production delivered by both staff and freelancers. They will work closely with other departments within Moore Media to optimize the success of all productions.

n this role you will:
  • Support the team in all aspects of Production.
  • Build and adjust production processes to ensure consistency and excellence in all areas.
  • Ensure all team members understand expectations and responsibilities.
  • Manage, mentor, and train production team to meet needs of company and evolving workload.
  • Work with Producers and Production Management team to oversee all elements of production (develop budgets, hire crews, secure location for filming, acquire permits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to review concepts, scripts, and needs for filming.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage Production workloads, timelines, and budgets.
  • Interact cross functionally with Moore divisions and clients throughout the production process and support Production Managers and Producers when needed.
  • Uphold the quality and integrity of Moore throughout interactions with team members and clients.
  • Seek to find ways to work with a wide group of vendors and build out a list of excellent vendors who align with our values and mission.

For this role, we seek:
  • 10+ years Video production knowledge and experience.
  • 5+ years Management experience (preferred).
  • Extensive production experience and effective communication style working across teams.
  • Collaborative and open to working with other departments at Moore and our clients.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Eagerly seeks to find solutions and helps all involved learn for the next time.
  • Flexibility in the moment and able to navigate the politics of larger organizations.
  • Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and plan far in advance both financially and regarding production logistics.
  • Dedicated to building out their team and identifying the needed positions and training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to adhere to and help refine detailed processes.
  • Effective managing Executive level conversations with clients and cross functional teams.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Engaged and passionate individual with a team-focused mindset.
