- 5+ Previous years’ experience in Pastry and Management
- Available to work Mornings/Afternoon/Evenings
- Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
- Full Time Position; Be available to work varied days and hours as business dictates
- Must have valid ServSafe Certification
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete

Position Summary: The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for maintaining the Commissary Bakery’s overall efficiency, safety, organization, staffing levels and training for their department. They ensure all product is being made correctly and with the highest quality expectations. They ensure all product is made to spec for each restaurant brand. They understand and help cultivate/embody our core values while upholding them with their staff.
