Job Type: Part-Time to Full-time Depending on Experience

Overview:
Lead the Forx Builders Association as the Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Drive policy formulation, board coordination, and goal achievement. Prioritize member relationships and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the Board on operations, attend meetings, and manage administrative functions.
• Develop policies, maintain assets, and execute decisions per Board directives.
• Recruit and motivate committees while retaining current members and seeking new ones.
• Foster member relationships, encourage participation, and liaise with external entities.
• Budget planning, communications management, and coordination with state and national associations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience in construction, membership associations, or related areas.
• Strong financial background, communication skills, and proficiency in office software.
• Valid driver's license required.
