We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ExecutiveOffice Administrator to the President. As the Executive Office Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support and exceptional guest service in the Executive Office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President in a confidential and time-sensitive manner
- Prepare various correspondence, including guest welcome materials, team cards, emails, and reports
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while completing tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Exercise discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Collaborate with other team members when necessary to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize a wide range of computer applications with proficiency, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Employ creative problem-solving techniques to address challenges that may arise
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Previous administrative work, customer service, and/or hotel experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with HMS and Excel is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
