The Executive Meetings Manager is responsible for selling, booking maintaining small groups of 25 or less rooms. This person would handle all aspects from the rooming side along with catering, assist in execution, billing and re-booking.
Responsibilities:
- Take all incoming inquiries for small corporate groups, quotes and availability. Meet with and do site inspections, book and contract group.
- Take deposits, block space and rooms and create contract.
- Work with group detailing event, create and distribute banquet event orders.
- Finalize guest rooms and make any master bill reservations for group, produce group resume.
- Handle all rental needs such as AV, along with work with outside companies on outside group activity options. Work directly with front desk, kitchen, banquets and AV on event execution prior and day of.
- Finalize billing and collect full payment.
- Follow up with guest post event and send survey, re-book.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years sales and/or catering experience
