Candidate will help identify owners who are interested in selling their HVAC companies and then will work with an experienced M&A advisor to guide the seller through the process of selling their business. Candidate will have the opportunity to work on and lead transactions ranging from $1M to $75M in size. Advisor will learn the business of M&A and participate in the growth of the firm from HVAC focused to additional industry niches within the broader construction industry.
Requirements for this job including sound knowledge of accounting, excellent people skills, and a high level of business acumen. An undergraduate business degree or MBA is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
