Executive Housekeeping Manager

```Duties:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Respond to guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities and performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
