Executive Housekeeping Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of custodial and cleaning procedures, including industrial cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
