Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment

- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards

- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services

- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or commercial cleaning setting

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, including laundering, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of custodial safety practices and procedures

- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
