About the Role:
As an Executive Expense Accountant, you will be responsible in ensuring timely and accurate submissions and settlements of executive's expenses through Concur Expense and other expense systems. You will work closely to the Accounting team in managing the executive's budget and expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Collect receipts for executive credit card charges as defined in the Company's receipts policy
- Work closely with executives to gather required information as needed, including but not limited to gathering correct information on charges (purpose, attendees, etc.)
- Continuous monitoring on executives' remaining budget and timely communication with executives and/or budget team of available budget
- Work closely with financial planning team on budget request
- Prepare and timely submit settlement of executive charges on Concur and/or other expense system
- Follow Company's policy and work closely with Accounting on properly classifying charges to the appropriate expense account
- Resolve any merchant issues related to credit card charges (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate's degree in relevant field and 1-2 years relevant experience in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Concur Expenses
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Timely management of expenses
- Strong communication skills
