Summary: PCR seeks a highly experienced, safety-oriented professional to serve as an Executive Driver to provide transportation services to the CEO and other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), when traveling between PCR’s Texas-based sites, future sites that could be in Texas and throughout the region, and other business trips deemed necessary and approved by the CEO. This position is responsible for a broad range of duties involving sensitive and confidential information and confidentiality is expected at all times. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing courteous, dependable, and professional driving services. The ideal candidate must be highly flexible with their schedule as this role may involve working weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive the CEO to and from destinations, appointments, meetings, secondary residences, airports, etc. in a safe, comfortable, and efficient manner
  • Drive member of SMT between PCR sites or other business trip
  • Abide by road rules and regulations at all times
  • Remain updated regarding traffic and weather conditions at all times; be proactive regarding alternative routes as needed
  • Assist with luggage and heavy lifting as required
  • Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and without issues at all times
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion of guests
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including sedans, vans, SUVs, and sprinter vans
  • Manage daily hours of service (HOS) by completing drive time in/out logs
  • Maintain clean vehicle appearance inside and outside which includes car washes, refueling, and vacuuming
  • Identify and report vehicle maintenance issues to VP of Business Operations immediately so that it can be determined if Operations Manager or Facilities Manager will handle depending on the location of vehicle.

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma (or G.E.D. Equivalency)
Certificates and Licenses:
  • Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
*Must be 25 years old and eligible for insurance coverage
*Must have a clean driving record
*Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
*No more than one moving violation or at fault accident in the past 3 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
  • Clean, neat, and professional appearance (black slacks, white shirt, black tie); pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent navigational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas
  • Comfortable driving throughout, Texas, the region and all local roadways and major highways
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
  • Possess impeccable integrity as well as personal and professional values that are consistent with PCR’s high standards and mission
  • Comply with the company policies, code of ethics, and guiding values at all times
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Our clientele’s privacy must remain private, must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and to handle confidential matters and sensitive information with discretion and judgment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure
  • Proactive at identifying, addressing, and solving issues in real time
  • Good attention to detail, ability to complete forms with good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with internet applications and smart phones
  • Flexible to work weekends/evenings/holidays, including overnight stays
  • Assist with the logistical movement of vehicles for maintenance and repairs
  • Meet monthly On-Time Standards of greater than 98% (15 minutes before pickup time)
  • Active participation is identified by management and all team members
