Executive Director *New Leadership Team!*

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.

Credo Senior Living is the premier provider of senior living and we offer some of the lowest resident to employee ratios anywhere in the country. This helps our residences maintain their home like feeling in all locations. Preferred candidate qualifications:

• A leadership style that leads by example. Must be willing to participate in performing all duties needed to run the residence on a daily basis.
• Above average interpersonal skills to work effectively with management, staff, residents, families, visitors and regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Successful management experience in healthcare or similar field.
• A personal commitment to providing excellent elder care and a passion for working with seniors.
• An Operator or Administrator license (or ability to obtain).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
