Well-known Hawaiian hospitality group is seeking a passionate and positive exec chef.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years as an exec chef
- Skilled at culturing a positive team environment where cooks can learn and excel
- Needs to be tech savvy
Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen and the restaurant culinary team. Anticipate, identify, and correct any issues with inventory, systems, and staffing.
- Assist the Corporate Exec Chef/Partner in creating the kitchen budget and annual Business Plan; support the execution of the restaurant Business Plan through completion of assigned action steps.
- Oversee all food, kitchen supply, and equipment costs and inventories

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
