```Duties```
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment. Your duties will include:
- Leading and managing the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Developing and implementing menus that meet quality standards
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Managing food costing and ensuring budget adherence
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Training and developing kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
```Qualifications```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Must be dynamic - ability to adjust to ever changing environment is a must
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef for at least 3 years or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of menu planning, food management, and food service operations
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with staff, management, guests and suppliers efficiently
