The Executive Chefs work side-by-side with the General Manager, Assistant Manager and the other restaurant leaders to run the daily operations of the business. The Executive Chef is accountable for the overall quality of the food per our recipes, plate presentation, portion sizes, as well as the financial health and cleanliness of the kitchen that they oversee. The Executive Chef will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the highest standards and knowledge are upheld, but to also ensure that staff knows how to describe a variety of dishes and/or specials.
This position requires maturity, flexibility and a wide range of hospitality, service and business leadership intelligence. In this role you will adapt and create well-varied, creative, seasonal menus and ensure best business practices for the Culinary Team. The Executive Chef will be an athletic and energetic leadership proponent of the heart in our beloved restaurant. We are looking for someone that would like to be apart of our Ohana and make our restaurant apart of their home.
