We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our team! Take charge and show your talents at Red Tail Golf Club's restaurant, Patio Cafe and in-house events. Work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to create a dining experience to remember!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Red Tail Golf Club is an 18 hole private golf course surrounded by the Red Tail Community located in beautiful Avon, OH. Red Tail features full service dining, an outdoor Patio Cafe with wood fired pizza oven and event space for both member and non member events from 20-150 people.
