We are moving and we are SOOOOOO excited about our new venture in Great Bridge, Chesapeake.
As we gear up for our grand opening, we're seeking an Executive Chef to help launch our 150-seat establishment.
Our new restaurant is set to become a culinary landmark, offering brunch, lunch, and dinner, along with hosting special events, private parties and catering.
Our focus?
Picture it. Sicily. 1922. Kidding. (But bonus points if you got the reference)
Think a lively tapas bar in Spain and a swanky NY wine bar go on vacation to the Bourbon Trail together. Along the way, they pickup their friends Katharine Hepburn and Johnny Cash and end up in Chesapeake VA with the most incredible menu and offerings.
Think small sharing plates bursting with memories of slower times and a chance to live on the culinary edge for the evening: comfort food meets adventurous treats from the most exciting of bustling, swanky cities.
Think of a wine and bourbon collection that knocks your socks off with incrediblly delightful sharing plates. Overseen by you and our knowledgeable, on staff Sommelier.

**Position:**
Executive Chef (Full-time)
**Responsibilities:**
- Play an exciting pivotal role in rolling out our new concept and launching our brand-new kitchen.
- Collaborate effectively with the entire team to ensure a seamless operational flow, especially during the initial launch phase and for special events.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations with a keen eye for detail, food quality, and hygiene standards.
**Requirements:**
-Exceptional leadership qualities with a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability and desire to inspire and empower others and to collaborate with a team to succeed. A win-win or no deal attitude. Leadership over management, always.
- Adept at handling pressure, especially in a start-up environment, with the willingness to work extra long hours during the initial launch period. Be a special part of something new and exciting. And it really is super exciting.
- A culinary innovator who can bring a mix of sophistication and fun to our diverse menu.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, ideally with experience in launching new locations and concepts is preferred.
