A beautiful luxury resort in Bluffton, SC is looking for an Executive Banquet Chef to run and operate their banquet department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience
- 4+ years of high volume banquet experience (1,000+ guest)
- Luxury hotel or upscale hotel experience a must.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative and enticing banquet menus tailored to the preferences of our discerning clientele, ensuring variety, creativity, and seasonal relevance.
- Supervise all aspects of the banquet kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of events.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and creativity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
