Job Summary:  

The Executive Assistant tothe Vice President of Hospitality for Park City, Tahoe Resorts, East Coast Resorts, 7 Springs, Breckenridge and Keystone is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the VP, the Hospitality Senior Leadership Team (HSLT), and the resort-based teams. This position must be committed to completing a wide variety of tasks independently with strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through. This position reports to and partners with the VP and will help with administrative expectations, including scheduling, travel and expense management, and design, build, execute and manage processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with company priorities for the VP and Division. This position will be based at Park City Mountain where the VP offices.

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $33.12 / Hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

  • Skill Level:  Intermediate 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide poised, resourceful and consistent administrative assistance to the Vice President of Hospitality, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, accomplish goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Provide support with scheduling and proactively organizing calendars, preparing expense reports and arranging travel.

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites/onsites, and special events.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills as a leader in your role and a contributor in a team-driven environment.

  • Excellent self-management skills: organization, goal setting, time-management, self-motivation, self-directing, stress

    management, reliability and accountability.

  • Operate with a clear understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism to build trust with the VP and HSLT.

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with the VP and other Executive Assistants in the division to drive priorities, goals and processes.

  • Possess a high level of detail and accuracy, drive for results, and ability to anticipate business needs before requested.

  • Support co-workers as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment for all divisional leaders.

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service and information to guests, clients, business associates and employees.

  • Ensure divisional compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), safety training and tracking, accrual reports, and financial

    reporting.

  • Drive the guest and employee experiences and assist in resort during peak periods as necessary.

  • Maintain and update Hospitality Division dashboards and other tracking tools, with key contact information, divisional org charts,

    and other key resource documents to assist the division.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive and

    Teams, as well as Smartsheet, Tableau, IQware, Adobe Acrobat DC, DocuSign, Concur, Coupa, and SuccessFactors.

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in Vail Resorts' business and the division's specific goals.

  • Follow and be an example setter of company policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years' experience supporting an executive required.

  • Experience working for a publicly held company preferred.

  • Strong confidence skills: critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration and leadership.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, OneDrive and OneNote required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

  • Familiarity with IQware, Tableau, Coupa and Concur preferred.

  • Must be a progressive learner, organized, detail oriented, and professional.

  • Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be flexible, resourceful, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $33.12. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
