Executive Assistant Details:
- Majority of work will be remote
- Part-time or Full-time
- Attend in-person meetings 3 to 5 times a month. Most work will be over the phone/Zoom.
- Company meets at local coworking space called COhatch. Locations in Noblesville, Carmel, Zionsvillle, Broad Ripple, and downtown Indy.
- Optional coworking membership at COhatch if a workplace is desired.
- Rarely will this person need to go to a Jiffy Lube location.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage company meetings
- Manage the President's calendar and prepare him for meetings
- Foster positive company culture and employee engagement, boosting morale through hosting fun internal events and friendly competitions
- Assist in managing President's email inbox, responding to emails as needed
- Communicate with company employees (mostly District Managers and Managers) to assist with various office-related needs
- Office-related needs may include buying items on Amazon, filling out paperwork, sending documents, answering questions from employees. General HR-related tasks.
- At times, this role may include helping the President with personal tasks such as driving him to the airport, assisting with errands, or coordinating personal events (invites, reservations, etc)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in teaching, event management, or property management
- Assertive, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Strong in communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable to a range of tasks, from administrative to hands-on
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
