Who You Are & What You'll Do
Unilever is looking for a high energy, experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel of North America. As the NA Legal Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the management of the General Counsel’s agenda and ensuring the smooth operation of the NA Legal Department.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for the General Counsel
Act as a point of contact between the General Counsel and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, power point presentations as requested
Coordinate and attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on action points
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professional discretion
Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met successfully
Provide administrative support to other members of the legal team as needed.
General administrative and office support as needed
What You'll Need to Succeed:
4+ years of experience as a Legal Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field preferred
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language
Pro-active self-starter who is able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
Flexibility and readiness to work on a broad range of matters
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and drive for process excellence
Strong interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented
Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,300 to $103,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
