Currently, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our founder, a role critical to managing the growing demands of our businesses.
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant is crucial for managing the founder's schedule and communications and for supporting our administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, capable of multitasking, committed to maintaining confidentiality, and interested in ensuring efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, managing emails and phone calls for the founder.
- Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, managing expense reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Project Coordination: Support project management, coordinating with team members, and tracking progress.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute business-related events and meetings, managing all logistics.
- Administrative Operations: Improve office operations by optimizing administrative processes, managing vendor relations, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake various tasks as needed to support the founder and the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally within our industry verticals (management consulting, training, technology consulting, and delivery).
- Prior experience in the same verticals is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of administrative operations, including vendor management and process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check is required for this position.
- This role requires an onsite presence in Boulder, Colorado.
