This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with other executives providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and confidential individual who can manage a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do:
- Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's and other executives' calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to optimize the CEO's time.
- Email Management:
- Monitor and manage the CEO's and other executives' email inbox, responding to or redirecting messages as appropriate.
- Prioritize and filter emails to ensure timely responses.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including parties, team-building events, and celebrations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through various initiatives.
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel for the CEO and other executives.
- Manage itineraries, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- PowerPoint Presentations:
- Assist in the creation and design of professional PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and events.
- Compile data and organize information form various sources to convey key messages effectively.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other executives, including drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling phone calls.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
