Executive Admministrative Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Executive
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Plan work-related travel details
• Receive visitors
• Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
• Maintain and order supplies
• Must have extensive computer background, internet navigation, Microsoft Word, excel, power point, etc
• Good communication skills, verbal and written'
• Interface cordially with multiple department heads and relay pertinent program information to them.

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or some college credits
• Maintains professionalism at all times.
