Job Description:
This Executive Administrator role will provide administrative support to the Memory and I/O (MIO) VP, Intel Senior Fellow, and team, working closely with the Chief of Staff and MIO direct staff to maximize the efficiency of the executives and the organization. MIO is a highly technical organization of >100 employees that provides industry leading pathfinding, technology definition, and execution of Intel's memory and I/O portfolio in both data center and client. The role will require a high level of organization and the willingness to manage diverse responsibilities at once. The operating environment is fast-paced, the standards are high, and the deliverables are high-impact - the ideal candidate wouldn't want it any other way. A team-first mentality is essential, as is a commitment to living out and role-modeling Intel's values.
The Executive Administrators responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the VP & Senior fellow's calendar, maintain Staff and VP owned meeting agendas and assist in planning internal meetings, external engagements, conferences, etc.
  • Make extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports
  • Organize and coordinate department meetings, quarterly events, recognition, and teambuilding activities (virtual and face-to-face) across the organization
  • Assist staff members and their teams by providing complex meeting support, purchasing, onboarding, etc. (Complex meetings include CVP or ELT Level attendance, Customer meetings, and scheduling FTFs or events that require x-MIO coordination)
  • Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments, maintain in-depth understanding of office management procedures as well as departmental and legal policies.
  • Keep accurate and detailed department records, including maintaining MIO SharePoint, org charts, email distribution lists, etc.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as generating Purchase Orders and paying invoices, ordering supplies, ordering recognition gifts, generating shipping memos, etc.
  • Anticipate the business needs of the leadership team/admin team and proactively formulate solutions and/or recommendations to help ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Receive, interpret, and evaluate the level of significance of requests, take appropriate responsive action, and determine when staff should be notified or involved. In the executive's absence, ensure that requests for action or information are distributed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Work across all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing, HR and finance systems.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
This position in not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrator, including the following:
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
    • Experience booking complex domestic and international travel itineraries, visa applications, expense reporting, and administrative Tools such as Concur and Workday

Preferred qualifications:
  • Current or prior experience working with Intel systems and tools, including purchasing and financial systems.
  • Sharepoint superuser/expert

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$61,450.00-$92,230.00 (Hourly Role)
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
