Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents
- Type, proofread, and edit documents ensuring accuracy and proper formatting
-- Manage expense reports and reimbursements for executives
- Maintain confidential files and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
