Executive Assistant
The Martin Financial Group, a rapidly growing financial planning and advisory firm based in Wichita, KS is looking to hire an Executive Administrative team member. This individual will have the opportunity to grow and be a part of a national wealth management team that delivers customized wealth management and investment strategies, complex financial planning, and retirement income distribution strategies for our clients. We serve emerging affluent, high net-worth and ultra-high net-worth individuals, families, and business clients.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative team member at our firm. This person is a critical support person directly to the CEO/Founder and works one-on-one with the CEO on a wide variety of matters. The candidate must be flexible and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organizational skills and prior experience in an executive admin role.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Calendar management to include scheduling/coordinating business, social, and personal (travel) meetings or events
· Email management - unsubscribe, respond to clients, forward client requests to proper team members, etc.
· Briefing for the day - The who, what, where, when, why of what the CEO needs to get done
· Help organize the CEO for various items including his daily tasks such as phoning, speech preparation, meeting preparation, etc.
· Take part in/prepare various business meetings to capture next steps
· Daily ad hoc support requests
Requirements and Qualifications
· Minimum 4+ years’ experience
· Advanced MS Office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific software
· Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
· Ability to stay on-task in high-stress situations
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· High-level verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion with personal and confidential information
· Willingness to further personal and professional development through designations, courses, and conferences
