Seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist Leader with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, coordinate daily operations, and exhibit strong leadership skills. Key Responsibillities include:
- Oversee & handle all client communication including scheduling appointments, confirmations, cancellations, cross & upselling services, e-mail correspondence, etc. In addition, inform service providers of any special requirements or last-minute changes.
- Pleasantly execute standard telephone procedures using appropriate customer service etiquette as outlined.
- Have full knowledge of all salon & spa services offered.
- Assist w/ marketing & sales by providing customers w/ information on promotions new products & services.
- Assist in achieving weekly & seasonal goals
Salon experience is a plus. Bonus opportunities in addition to an hourly rate.
