Your ‘day to day’: As part of our U.S. Commercialization, the Events Manger is responsible for developing and supporting a network of touchpoints in a specific territory. This position will oversee the awareness and comsumer understanding of our products via activation and events, and assuring the highest level of success, continuous improvement and customer services.Who we’re looking for: · Develop a territory strategy. Manage and develop partnerships with retailers & owners of the EventsChannel and stakeholders from the Events and Business Community (corporate events). Ensure thatbusiness partners know the category and its benefits.· Manager must have complete knowledge of the current key touchpoints and consumer trendswithin his/her territory. It includes scouting for the most relevant touchpoints/locations for consumeractivation and where required, manager will develop and foster relationships with specific businesspartners. Exploring business communities (from cold door knocking to warmcontacts negotiations); communities of interest; part of communication with companies where coacheswere selling to leads.· Ensure best on-site conditions for direct access with the aim of converting them to our product.· Identify Consumer needs and opportunities in channel byactivating the most relevant programs according to available work tool.· Generating and identifying demonstration and Guided Trial opportunities within the assignednetwork of touchpoints that will result in lead generation or sales.· Support to build strategy and annual plan based on the KPIs and conduct monthly planning bymonitoring and analyzing sales data & consumer insights.· Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, Consumer Experience, Digital/IT, and CustomerService) to ensure the quality of execution and customer satisfaction.· Collaborate with Global Team to develop efficient in store operations and to maximizethe business results.· Performance tracking, analysis & reporting.· Cost management (partners/budget management). • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Vast experience in Events channels and corporate events• Experience in consumer management & managing multiple stakeholders• Full drivers license• Fluent English What we offer • We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! • We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
