Temporary Position
Job Summary
The Events Shipping Coordinator is responsible for shipping out event materials to all Sorenson Sales teams. This includes counting, weighing, sorting, and recording items shipped, as well as maintaining inventory and organization. This position supports the Events Team and will work with them as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Shipping out product, materials, booth assets, etc. to CaptionCall Sales Team, Sorenson VRS Sales Team, and Sorenson Enterprise Sales Team
- Assemble booth assets in large crates and quantities
- Keep a detailed digital record of all packages shipped and/or received and their contents
- Assist the Events Team with any packages that have complications
- Determine the best shipping methods to use for various situations
- Work with Events Team to ensure shipments are prioritized
- Perform detailed quality inspection of packaged cases, ensuring the correct addresses and labels are placed
- Count, weigh or measure items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against other records
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials, booth assets, collateral, etc.
- Clean and organize the shipping room
- Any other duties as needed

- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- Must live within 25 miles of Salt Lake City headquarters.
