Event Sales Coordinator

Boston Event Guide is seeking a dynamic salesperson to spearhead the development of partnerships for our business. The person who fills this role must have proven experience with outbound sales and a high comfort level with reaching out to prospects. You should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and a passion for selling!

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to sell fun initiatives (Wine Festivals, Bridal Expos, Summer Cruise, NYE Galas & corporate event planning). We are looking to drive event sponsorships, vendor booth sales, group sales, and corporate partnerships.

We are growing quickly and are looking for a determined leader to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and would be interested in working on huge events and driving business with Boston’s biggest companies, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build new sponsorship, vendors, and groups sales for current events
• Drive new corporate event planning and marketing sales
• Research new sponsors & corporate event planning relationships
• Outreach to build new relationships
• Close new business to achieve goals
• Develop new ways to expand our partnership lists

5. How do you approach building and maintaining relationships with clients?

Salary: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
