Event Planner

Location:- Hybrid Thrice a week from Lowell, MA office (Tue, Wed, Thu)

• Independently manage events for 100-250 attendees
• Coordinate with internal/external teams
• Manage budgets, logistics, and communications
• Oversee pre- and post-event activities
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• 3+ years event management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, JIRA, etc.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
