If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Looking for someone with a min. of a couple years experience at planning entertainment related events. Someone that has an fine eye for details.
Looking for two months of planning an organizing for an all-day event on a Saturday early late Feb/early March in the early afternoon-9-10pm est.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of the event, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor management, sponsorship management, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling and logistics.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of activities and resources.
-Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
-Oversee event staff, volunteers, contractors, providing clear direction and support throughout the planning and execution phases.
-Manage event timelines, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing circumstances in real-time to ensure a succesful and memorable experience for attendees.
