About the Role:
In this multifaceted role, you'll wear many hats, from orchestrating large-scale National Rallies to coordinating intimate employee picnics. You'll be a master of logistics, a creative visionary, and a strategic thinker, ensuring every event you touch is a resounding success.
Highlight of Responsibilities:
- National Rallies: Oversee all aspects of our National Rallies, from venue selection and budgeting to vendor coordination, entertainment scheduling, and attendee engagement.
- Regional Rally Support: Provide guidance and support to our regional rally teams, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and attendee experience across all events.
- Dealer Open House for New Model Launch: Plan, manage, and execution of Dealer Open Houses for new model launches, ensuring a seamless and impactful presentation for our dealer partners.
- RV Shows: Support the execution and logistics for key RV shows and associated events and sponsorships.
- Employee Events: Plan and execute a calendar of employee events, including holiday parties, picnics, and team-building activities, fostering a positive and engaged workforce.
- Dealer Training Classes: Manage the logistics and execution of dealer training online and in-person classes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and support for our valued partners.
- Charities and Special Projects: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage initiatives that support our community and align with Brinkley RV's values.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track event metrics and analyze results to inform future event strategies and optimize engagement.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with event technology and software is a plus.
- Passion for the RV industry and a deep understanding of the customer experience.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
